Trump, Clinton And Deep Politics

Trump, Clinton And Deep Politics

by

R.E. Prindle

Much noise has been created about possible Russian involvement in the recent presidential election. Conflicting reports have the Russians favoring either now Pres. Trump or, on the other hand, Clinton. It has been considered especially reprehensible that Pres. Trump was ‘elected’ by the Russians. And if this defies common sense whatever influence Russia may have had it could not possibly equal the US media hate blitz unremittingly directed at Trump for well over a year leading up to the election. One wonders how Trump survived it. Yet this supposed invisible Russian influence overrode the US media hate fest.

However, in a situation nearly totally obscured by the US MSM both Trump and the Clintons were involved with the Jewish/Russian Mafiya. This is not to say they were willingly but as the Jewish mob was extremely powerful, especially in NYC, coercion was involved.

The Jewish Russian criminals arrived en masse on our shores after the downfall of the Soviet Union in the nineties. They came in the thousands destroying Brooklyn’s Brighton Beach suburb. Extortion was a key racket so it is probable that both Trump and the Clintons were forced to pay for protection.

I will deal with Pres. Trump in another article but first I wish to give an indication of the Clintons’ involvement. This is a quote from Robert I. Friedman’s book Red Mafiya: How The Russian Mob Has Invaded America. This Mafiya is always referred to as Russian but in fact they are all Jews from Russia. P. 267-68.

Grigor Loutchansky, a Latvian born convicted felon and president of the Austrian-based NORDEX, a multinational trading company, had been implicated in everything from major money laundering to smuggling nuclear components. House speaker Newt Gingrich once said the US government officials believed Loutchansky had shipped Scud missile warheads to Iraq from North Korea. The ubiquitous Loutchansky was also a former business associate of both Chernomyrden and Semion Mogelevitch, according to CIA and other Western intelligence officials. Yet somehow this enormously wealthy underworld rogue was invited to a private Democratic National Fund-raising dinner for Clinton in 1993. During coffee, Clinton turned to the mobster to ask a favor: would he pass along to the Ukrainian government requesting it to reduce its nuclear stockpile? Clinton then posed for a photograph with the grinning hood, which Loutchansky later liberally passed out among his cronies, greatly enhancing his stature among corrupt government officials and the criminal underworld. When the photo of the men shaking hands was eventually published in a Russian newspaper, the CIA analyzed it to see if it was fake. When they discovered it was genuine, agency officials were aghast. “Loutchansky had one thing in mind: legitimization,” a congressional investigator probing Russian organized crime explained. “He wanted US citizenship and he wanted to buy a US bank.”

This criminal Mafiya organization that as Friedman explains had seriously corrupted US society and politics has been almost completely ignored by the MSM. The Clintons were involved as early as 1993 and judging from contributions to their charity fund it has continued until today. According to Friedman the US CIA and FBI were well aware of the Jewish mob and yet did little about it. One imagines that this Mafiya’s influence on US politics was much more effective than any of the Russian government.

A Review: WSJ-Wooing China To Drop Tariffs

A Review:

WSJ-Wooing China To Drop Tariffs

by

R.E. Prindle

Today (4/5/17) we learn in the Journal that China places tariffs of double digits on US goods. President Trump has been cursed for not being a Free Trader and the quaking shaking Libs wobble around in circles at the mention of the word tariff. But now, according to Bill Lane, of Caterpillar, who wrote the article, the Pres. Is going to entertain Chinese bigwigs at Mar-a-Lago and ‘woo’ them to drop their tariffs.

So, now we belatedly learn what has been concealed, the Chinese have never been Free Traders, just free loaders exploiting the US and Europe. The story goes further than Bill and the WSJ do as they don’t delve any deeper. As Niall Ferguson pointed out in an article the Chinese threw up a firewall against US technology companies so that they wouldn’t dominate China while the Chinese studied the internet and stole whatever information they needed to create their own search engine, Baidu, and mimic and master the social media. That done you and I can now download Baidu but the Chinese are unable to ‘Google it’. Rah, rah, rah, Free Trade.

So, now that Bill and the WSJ realize they’ve been walking around with something stiff and yellow up their backsides for years they’re beginning to feel the discomfort. After decades of that they’re going to attempt to solve the problem bass ackwards. They’re encouraging the Pres. To ‘woo’, understand the word woo, China into dropping its tariffs rather than doing the muscular thing and impose tariffs on the Chinese and kick their asses in line.

Ah, but the Libs say that will wreck the Global Free Trade system, but, there isn’t a Free Trade system as China has amply demonstrated. So, what did China achieve by imposing double digit tariffs? They built up their economy quickly and at the expense of a Global Free Trade system. We in effect paid them to do business with them.

So, what will happen if the US imposes double digit tariffs on Chinese goods? China will be forced to develop their own internal economy while the US will quickly rebuild its own economy.   Will that mean goods will no longer be cheap? Why? As the Libs never tire of saying, robots are doing the work so there won’t be any jobs.

Well, if the Chinese are turning to robots because robots are the cheapest to run even more cheaply than cheap Chinese labor then goods can be made as cheaply here at the same cost that is as in China. Imagine the transportation costs that will be saved making our domestic goods even cheaper.

Mr. Bill concludes his argument thusly: Maybe this is the right time for the two leaders to cut a deal to slash Chinese trade barriers.

Chinese trade barriers? Why weren’t Chinese trade barriers a major topic during the election? Why are we only hearing of Chinese trade barriers now? Maybe Chinese trade barriers didn’t and don’t fit the so-called Free Trade system? Then we have nothing to lose.

Face it Libs: We’ve been had since that dolt Nixon opened to China. It is time for China to play by the same rules the Free Traders are playing by to get a little of our own back.

I just hope the Pres. turns aggressive and stops the defensive cowtowing to those East Coast Libs and pays more attention to the people who elected him. Figure it out Mr. Pres. they would have loved to have burned you at the stake back then and it would gratify them much to see you in flames now. Stop trying to placate them and kick them into place.

Some Idle Chatter Concerning The National Enquirer

Some Idle Chatter Concerning

The National Enquirer

by

R.E. Prindle

Probably everyone is familiar with the National Enquirer from standing in line at the grocery store checkout stands idly looking over the top magazines. Sure to catch your eye with their sensational headlines was the NE. Nowadays it’s a fairly respectable magazine compared to their glory days when they came up with most improbable, impossible, sensational stories ever conceived by the mind of man. Of course, the literally minded especially were repelled.

I enjoyed it. Who’s kidding who; I grew up in the fifties, that golden age of sci-fi and I immersed myself in it both in print and film. Not only sci-fi but goof-fi in the ridiculous Mad Magazine. By the time the NE came along my mind had been trained to live in this universe and a couple parallel ones. I could handle any alternate reality and keep them all separate. I was one of the urban spacemen. Alternate realities were my stock in trade. And then, the NE came along. Oh boy. It was almost heaven. Tales from some undiscovered crypt. King Tut’s discovered tomb compared as nothing.

These days, like I said, the NE is almost respectable. The stuff inside is as true as any other newspaper, maybe truer. The only good news is that they still have that sensational style of relating prosaic stories. As time goes by, of course, they need something new and in President Trump they have found it.

I don’t know when they began but for the last several issues the Pres. Has been the feature story on the cover. The stories are still sensational but disappointingly true. They all check out and they have better sources for info than the NYT and Washington Post. Those fake newsers have been seen picking themselves up from the mire after having been run over by the NE.

The current 4/3/17 issue is a humdinger. It tackles the Russian spy issue used in the attempt to discredit President Trump. Plus, the info is concise, to the point and seemingly accurate. One wonders where they got their stuff. I’ve got an idea; there’s a White House leak and the NE’s Deep Throat is undoubtedly the President himself. I mean, he is no fool.

Consider that he is a native New Yorker, albeit from the outer boroughs, while, I believe, having been the subject of exposes in the NE over the years.   He’s always been good copy. The Donald, as he then was, has famously said that when you’re punched, punch back. What better weapon than your own propaganda paper on the same level as the Times and Post?

The articles are always favorable, even mildly laudatory, to the Pres. So given his NYC upbringing there is no reason that he shouldn’t personally know the owners and/or editors. There’s a natural reciprocity there: the NE gets exclusive stories and the Pres. Gets the favorable publicity, or propaganda, he needs.

The anti-Trump papers announce that there are Russian spies in the government as though since the election the Pres. Invited them in. As there are Russian spies in the government now, then, they were there under Obama, under Bush, under Clinton and under all the presidents since FDR who did invite them in. While it is difficult to see what harm they have caused since Gorbachev threw in the towel under FDR they did cause major damage.

Of course, during FDR’s time the Liberals thought Russian spies were a good thing. When they were exposed the howling denials could be heard all the way to the Volga. The careers of those who exposed the infiltration, Martin Dies, Parnell Thomas, and Joe McCarthy were absolutely destroyed, their names made anathema. If there had been a way to eliminate the names it would have been done.

Today when Russian spies can do little damage all of a sudden instead of being a blessing they are a curse. What changed the Russian character? The present head of Russia and not Soviet Union, is not a Communist. That’s the difference. No, he is a conservative. Trump is a conservative. Bad, bad. Putin’s bad; Trump’s bad. My bad. Conservatives bad.

Don’t know why. While our interests differed back in the Stalin days, in these Putin days our interests converge. It appears from the NE article to be true that Flynn was at least acting as an unregistered foreign agent, which was meaningless back in the old Red Star days, for Putin there is no evidence that the Flynn betrayed US interests. He was trying to further them. The fact is Russia is not our enemy. We are morphing into the same ideological stance. One that preserves the identity, culture and civilization of Euroamerica, the West.

That is a good thing. Something to be desired. Something beautiful created over four thousand years and more. Something of value not to be lightly discarded.

The amazing thing would be if the NE turned into a daily national paper to rival the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post. The Post, by the way, is owned by Jeff Bezos of amazon.com. I’m only intuiting this but it begins more and more to appear that Bezos picked up the Post to further his own political ambitions. The Presidency is Bezos last frontier after he stocks every American household with their goods.

Sometime after the next two years or so Bezos will probably declare for 2020. If it should turn out to be Bezos and the Washington Post vs. President Trump and the National Enquirer wouldn’t that be something? I’m all for it. Go, Donald Trump; go National Enquirer.

A Discussion Of Crispin Sartwell: How We Got This Way

How We Got This Way

A Discussion Of Crispin Sartwell’s

The Postmodern Intellectual Roots

Of Today’s Campus Mobs.

by

R.E. Prindle

The major problem in discussing today’s political affairs is dealing with the authoritarian position of the Liberals as to the indisputable certainty of their views. They are so certain that they are willing to use physical violence to enforce this view on everyone. One is reminded of the Communist Soviet Union of the 1920s and 30s.

Crispin Sartwell examines the development of this state of mind in the above referenced essay. Unfortunately the essay appeared in the Wall Street Journal of 3/25/17 and the Journal’s policy prevents its republication; hence no link.

Sartwell attributes the attitude’s rise to what he calls ‘the second great era of speech repression in academia.’ Apparently his professor, Richard Rorty was instrumental in propagating the attitude. In 1998 Rorty published his views in book form: Achieving Our Country: Leftist Thought In Twentieth Century America.

Sartwell quotes Rorty, ‘objectivity is a matter of intersubjective consensus among human beings, not of accurate representation of something nonhuman.’ A perhaps interesting opinion but that leaves us with the task of explaining what ‘intersubjective consensus’ is and how it is to be obtained. We’re dealing with a lot of alchemical air here in which subjective thought is transmuted into objective thought by being shared by humans and Rorty means the whole of humanity. To me it sounds like something along the lines of J.G. Jung’s ‘collective unconscious’ in which the racial subconscious is somehow transmitted from generation to generation, and just as subjective.

What it amounts to is that a number of ‘human beings’ get together and agree to agree that something is so whether it is or is not and having once ‘objectified’ their subjectivity by agreeing with other they are willing to punish anyone who disturbs their pleasant utopian fantasy. In other words, twenty-first century Communism by another name with new terminology by a collectivity promoting their unsubstantiated viewpoint.

Something like Des Cartes: I think, therefore I am. While this formula takes the young by storm and they go around repeating it as though irrefutable truth actually I am therefor I think is more logical. A thought requires a thinker to think it not the other way around. I am, therefore I think.

Thus adherents to Rorty’s viewpoint having devised this reformulation of Communism have set about to impose their utopia by force.

Rorty condemns any opposition as heretical:

It is doubtful whether the current critics of the universities who are called ‘conservative intellectuals’ deserve this description, for intellectuals are supposed to be aware of, and speak to issues of social justice.

So, the ‘intersubjective consensus’ controls the narrative while determining the rules of the game. We may understand ‘social justice’ to be the Party line and any deviants don’t the name of ‘intellectuals’ or thinkers. To the outer darkness with them.

And then Sartwell says: ‘By that logic it is defensible to eliminate such people from graduate programs, to deny them tenure, even to shout them down.’

Yea, verily, even to beat them up, prevent their entry to campus and deny them voice. Eventually to murder them as the Soviet Communists did to dissenters in the nineteen twenties and thirties.

Thus, we have the attitude towards President Trump in which any objective view that looks outward at the object instead of inward at wishes is denied validity. One doesn’t describe the situation per se but the utopian, that is the Communist political correct diktat.

The real problem with President Trump and the Liberals then is not Donald Trump himself but the fact that he denies the ‘the intersubjective consensus’ viewpoint. He points derisively at the naked emperor. This cannot be tolerated by them. He must be impeached before he opens his mouth.

During the campaign then you saw criminal violence committed against the Trump voter. Many were beaten fairly seriously while the disruption of Trump’s rallies was so severe that his Chicago rally was cancelled by the Communist mayor for ‘fear that Trump’s rally would cause rioting.’ That shows how violent these people are prepared to be supported by the authorities. Of course the rioting and burning of cars after the inauguration confirms this. Other examples…but they are well known.

Let us hope the President can defuse this situation without having to resort to equally repressive measures. Let us just say that the Liberals are tempting fate.

Proof Obama Wiretapped Trump

by

R.E. Prindle

The National Enquirer continues to mix in serious politics with sensational celebrity gossip. This issue tackles the problem of domestic spying. The bugging of President Trump is proving to be a sensitive issue for Obama and the Democrats. They did it; finding it has criminal implications, they are now in full denial.

While the enquirer advertises that they have proof that Obama wiretapped Trump’s phone that proof is less than unequivocal, that is you can’t squash Liberals with it but the argument of spying on the now President is nevertheless convincing.

The act of Obama’s domestic spying apparently runs counter to the Liberal self-image; they don’t want to believe Liberals would do such things. In fact, even the term Liberal is becoming malodorous in their nostrils. The ’true’ Liberal has to distance himself from Liberal violence, hence Liberal groups that violate that self-image are being marginalized from the Left. such as anarchists and the Black Bloc, and severed from the orthodox Left because ‘true’ Liberals don’t do those things. They just wear ‘pussy’ hats.

Likewise in the past Liberals have valued ‘privacy.’ Spying violates privacy so that Obama’s spying on candidate Trump can’t be true in their eyes and if it should be undeniably proven, Obama will be knocked off his pedestal leaving the Libs without a hero. Neither Hillary nor Sanders can take Barry’s place and there is no other possible candidate on the Left. So, the NE article is more significant than it might appear.

For those with good short and medium term memories it will be remembered that Obama stated unequivocally that Trump would never be president. It wasn’t clear at the time how he would prevent it but that the prevention would be by any means necessary. The very so-called debates were set up to embarrass, humiliate and destroy Trump. It would be tiresome to repeat the extreme media bashing of Trump while it you supported Trump it isn’t necessary and if you are an anti-Trump Liberal there is no way to overcome your denial.

Obama had to so nothing extraordinary to bug Trump, the apparatus was already in place and in daily use throughout the country. Here’s how William Binney, 30 year NSA veteran and whistle blower says the system works. He explained to the NE:

“When anyone in the US makes a call- with a cell or a land line- it gets merged into the fiber running underground all over the US. There are taps on the lines- about 100 of them across the country- at the major switching centers of the telephone companies, or the main points that route data from one fiber network into another.

The telecom companies maintain it for the NSA, and get paid for it.” said Binney. “Some guy goes down to the fiber and installs a prism-like device that duplicates the information flow- and one flow goes to wherever the call is supposed to conclude and the other goes directly to the NSA!

They can store a terabyte of information in a device the size of your thumb, and now imagine a facility with 100,000 square feet with nothing but 8-foot high racks of these storage facilities.

The Utah one is the biggest. The one in Fort Meade will be three times the size of that one.”

So, with or without legal authorization all of Trump’s communications were recorded and stored. It is a simple matter for technicians to retrieve this. When the President of the United States wants the intercepts on anybody, someone who is in the NSA will give them to him. Indeed, the NYT printed the fact that a transcript of such material was laid on Obama’s desk the day before Trump was sworn in. Of course, whether you believe that depends on your view of the Times credibility.

If this stuff is so easy to hack by third party technicians it would a cinch for a President to get what he wants. Has anyone heard of Johnathon Pollard? Thus, when Obama said that Trump would never be president of the United States he was relying on his ability to track Trump’s campaign, as it were, from the inside’ and be in a position to counter Trump’s moves before he made them.

With all the hatred felt toward Trump by the media and the political establishment, both Democrats and Republicans, I’m sure Obama could get all the cooperation he needed from wherever he sought it.

With that in mind let us compare the objections to Trump with the objections to the ‘greatest American president ever’ Franklin Delano Roosevelt. As to qualifications, it was said of FDR that he was a nice man who ardently wished to be president but had no other qualifications beyond that so FDR and Trump are equal. Once elected FDR and his ‘brains trust’ had no plan so they simply lifted that of his predecessor, Herbert Hoover. Hoover’s plan was well beyond their intelligence to put into effect so when they failed at that the great FDR said we’re just going to try one thing after another and experiment until we find something that works. That was FDR’s plan. President Trump at least has an agenda that he is fulfilling. So, based on a comparison between the ‘great’ FDR and Trump, President Trump is on course to beat out that great Liberal hero.

As I said, the NE did not offer conclusive evidence although in quoting sources like New York Times, anti-Trump venues which have offered conclusive proof, the truth should be difficult to deny.

What is evident to the naked eye as well as the NE’s statement is that the East Coast Establishment is “trying to control the President or even get another one. The things they want are money, control and power- and Trump is fighting them.”

Obama has set up an alternate government in his attempt to oust Trump since he was unsuccessful in preventing Trump’s assuming the office. Unable to prevent that he apparently is trying to deny the President the ability to govern in an attempt to have him impeached.   A nasty little twit, isn’t he?

The outcome of this brouhaha must be the vindication of President Trump: it is impossible that every attempt legal or illegal was not done to prevent Trump’s election. It is now necessary for Trump to take strong action. He must protect the Executive’s powers. That means disregarding the unsupported decisions of low level local judges who have no business interfering in the national government’s affairs.

That means exiling trouble makers like Obama and George Soros for the security of the country. Both Obama and Soros are responsible for the national unrest. He must act by any means necessary to put the ship of State on a safe course.

President Trump: The Secret Psych

Evaluation.

by

R.E. Prindle

‘The only publication with the guts to tell it like it is,’ in the 3/13/17 issue published an article titled: Trump’s Shocking Psyche File. Deconstructing the hyperbole the National Enquirer story gives an accurate idea of the mind of the President.

Always bear in mind that governments prepare psychological profiles of prominent actors of other countries. You may be sure that the Russians have profiled Trump the President carefully noting how he reacts in various situations. Hopefully the President is aware of this and tries to out maneuver his profilers by not reacting as they expect. You may be sure that the US also has a psychological profile on Putin and leading members of his government.

More appropriately the article answers the long time criticisms describing the President’s mentality as unfit for the job. The article begins:

Natural born leader Donald Trump is a highly focused, driven and charismatic genius who thinks outside the box- almost too smart for his own good…. While critics have suggested America’s commander in chief has displayed “grave mental instability” mental health experts told the National Enquirer President Trump is more than capable of handling the rigors of the Oval Office.”

I’m sure the President has been waiting some time to hear something like that. Anent the claim that the President is an unbalanced narcissist a Beverly Hills psychiatrist, Dr. Carole Lieberman told the NE:

“President Trump has narcissistic personality traits”- but that’s not a bad thing. She explained: “In order to think yourself capable of holding the most important office in the world, one has to have some degree of narcissism,” which shrinks define as being self-centered, craving admiration and trumpeting personal talents.

According to the NE the Presidents IQ of 163 makes him the second smartest president following JQ Adams at 169.

Explaining the President’s handshake:

Gartner insisted Trump “takes a friendly gesture and makes it an opportunity to dominate another person,” while Lieberman analyzed the President’s handshake and concluded; “It consists of two movements. First, he draws the person to him, signaling that he wants to be closer. Secondly, he pats the hand, in a comforting gesture, to reassure them of his good will.”

That’s fine as far as it goes but his violent handshake with Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch might be interpreted as a threat as in ‘You better not let me down.’ I hope Gorsuch got it.

I don’t know what the psychiatric evaluators of Clinton, Bush and Obama revealed but I doubt if any of them appeared as or more qualified for the role than President Trump. Hopefully the NE article will set a new trend toward a more balanced positive approach to the President. He is doing what he said he would do.

If you remember he claimed that he would have China take a more active approach to controlling Korea’s Kim Sung On. You will notice that after Kim’s latest missile rattling trick the Chinese did step up tell him to cool it.

Whether the President phoned the Chinese or they just decided it might be an appropriate gesture I can’t say but they have never done it before, so once again the President is delivering on a campaign promise.

Step back and give him room to do his thing; you might be surprised and pleased. Remember his campaign song of the Rolling Stones: You can’t always get what you want; but if you try sometime you might find what you need.

Mick missed his chance.

The Rise Of The Conservative Ideology

The Rise Of The Conservative Ideology

by

R.E. Prindle

A voice from the past: Things never change. This was the Stop Hoover movement of Roosevelt and the Democrats.

The “SMEAR HOOVER” CAMPAIGN was launched as the President urged unity of effort, he never got, to combat the depression. The opposition made forays upon him under the guidance of Democratic leaders and through the writing of Charles Michelson, a skilled publicist who was recruited from the New York World by the chairman of the Democratic National Committee. Mr. Michelson’s services were retained to do a particular job. He discharged that duty. It marked the beginning of almost ceaseless criticism of Mr. Hoover, personally as well as officially, that persisted throughout his term. It hampered the President’s work. It made him resentful. He regarded some of it as unpatriotic.

I deplore the necessity of referring to the subject. I do so only because, unhappily, it is an integral part of any account of the Administration. The activity launched against the President influenced congressional action and public reaction at a critical time when cooperation was a vital necessity. Any President must have the confidence of the body of the people if he is to succeed inn his tasks. The extent to which that confidence is undermined gives the direct ratio of the limitation of his activities.

Hoover Off The Record, Theodore G. Joslin, Secretary to the President, 1931 to 1933, p.34.

The above quote amply demonstrates the conditions under which President Trump is and undoubtedly will have to function during his terms. It matters little how successful he may be, indeed, any such success will merely enrage demented Liberals.

The times have changed, this is no longer 1933, and we are now in a global situation in which borders are dissolving. In the near future, excluding any retrograde countries such as Korea and China, people will be united by global ideologies rather than country borders. This will necessitate a change in consciousness and quickly. I call on those of the Conservative ideology to join ranks with our fellows in Russia, Poland, Germany, France and the Globe to challenge and defeat the Liberal fantasy.

Support Marine Pen in France, Putin in Russia and other leaders of the ideology around the world. Tolerate no negative propaganda. Extend freedom around the world while defeating the Orwellian Liberal Autocracy.

Whammo! We’re Back To 1984 Pt. II

Whammo! We’re Back To 1984, Pt. II

by

R.E. Prindle

Just beneath Bret Stephens article in the WSJ 1/24/17 issue is William McGurn’s article America First Takes On A New Meaning. McGurn examines his thesis in a more coherent form than Bret.

Trump used the term America First and was condemned by Liberals as a bigot. I’m not sure that most Liberals even know what the ‘40s America First organization was all about. The prime thing that most people know is that Charles Lindbergh was accused as an anti-Semite who insulted the Jews. He didn’t do that but having mentioned the Jews in his Omaha speech he was immediately denounced as an anti-Semite and that denunciation destroyed America First.

The issue was should America involve itself in another European war? If that was a possibility, as it was, then who was for involvement? There was certainly no populist movement, quite the opposite. Lindbergh accurately identified the perps as the British, the Jews and Roosevelt. As the trio couldn’t deny it or debate the issue they just gaslighted Lindbergh warning everyone away from him. This is essentially Trump’s situation today but he isn’t Lindbergh.

Now, it was obvious at the time that Jews, England and Roosevelt were promoting US entry. Books were written about it, check out Walter Millis, I haven’t seen magazine articles of the time but they surely exist and Hollywood produced many anti-German movies in the years leading up to the war.

It was only when it became obvious that the US was being led into war that the America First movement came into existence. Nor was it created by anti-Semites or Deplorables or Nazi sympathizers but by old line Americans at Yale University. Lindbergh as the group’s spokesman only became involved after the group was well established.

McGurn, who has limited space for his column assumes, as one must, that people are familiar with America First so he picks highlights to illustrate his point. It seems that he believes America First was isolationist, the ordinary defamation used by Liberals, as he contrasts use of the term to demonstrate Trump’s isn’t, hence his title: America First ‘Takes On A New Meaning.’

In my opinion the ’40 Firsters were not isolationists either. Isolation was impossible then as now. It was just that the US had no dog in Europe’s fight. If the war was going to happen the US could not prevent it while there was no great threat to democracy or at least no greater threat than the Communists who were infiltrating the US government.

McGurn tells an interesting anecdote.

Quote:

A few months earlier two prominent senators- Democrat Burton Wheeler of Montana and Republican Gerald Nye of North Dakota- spoke to an America First rally in a Mid-town Manhattan hall then known as Mecca Temple. The next day, the New York Times carried a statement from an opposing organization contrasting the crowd’s reaction to mentions of Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin on the one hand with its reactions to Britain’s prime minister on the other: “It is interesting to note, too, that while there was no disapproval of the foreign dictators the audience of Mecca Temple booed extensively at the name of Winston Churchill.”

Unquote.

In point of fact Churchill who Hitler denounced as a war-monger knew that in a war with Germany England had no chance of winning. When asked how he expected to win the war Churchill replied: ‘I’ll get America to do it for us.’ Rather coldblooded don’t you think?

As for the Jews and FDR, the Jews in the person of their spokesman Samuel Untermyer declared war on Germany in 1933. Shortly thereafter Roosevelt began cooperating with them in their war by declaring an embargo and other measures. So, actually the US was in an undeclared war with Germany from 1934 on. By 1940, then, anyone who cared to see saw that Jews, England and Roosevelt were leading us into war on Germany.

In the characterization of Lindbergh as a German agent the Jews are solely responsible. As a precursor to Philip Roth’s recent The Plot Against America Hollywood made a movie in 1941, Keeper Of The Flame, portraying a character supposed to represent Lindbergh as an incipient Nazi dictator.

So the defamation of Lindbergh was a vicious criminal act.

In a way comparing apples to oranges McGurn contrasts Trump’s claim to put America First. That is, just as the WWII trio were putting English and Jewish interests first, involving the US in a matter that did not concern it, so the Post-war ’45 Liberal Agenda has placed the interests of others above those of the US. The US became the doormat of the world while supposedly the most powerful country on earth.

Trump intends to change that. Rather than accept an inferior position to other countries he intends to put US interests first. America First. We’ve given enough of our country away.

Liberal’s, who should know better after watching Obama sacrifice our interests fully misrepresent what Trump means. Thus having exhausted the Nazi/Hitler meme they are resurrecting the old saw of Orwell’s 1984.

Bankrupt politically, Liberals are now bankrupt morally.

Now that Trump has been elected and taken office the attack on him has changed. Gaslighting is in full force. Of course. the forces led by the warlord George Soros are in open rebellion, rioting in the streets and promising all sorts of condign harassment, but the ‘thinkers’ at the Wall Street Journal take a more subtle approach. One wonders what Trump means to them. The reaction can only be compared to when goofball FDR assumed office, or, perhaps Herbert Hoover’s term when everyone piled on.

In FDR’s first term he was perceived as a threat to democracy by the Right so perhaps Trump is threatening the fantasy world of the Left. One imagines that they can see their Weltanschauung begin to evaporate into the thin air that they breathe.

Both groups must now construct a Trump to suit their needs. For the nonce let’s concentrate on a couple articles in the 1/24/17 Wall Street Journal. One by Bert Stephens, a real Trump hater and the other by William McGurn, no relation to Machine Jack McGurn, who seems more amenable to Trump.

Stephens who I have reviewed before is a regular contributor to the Journal, indeed, one of its editors. I don’t know how he got his job, nepotism perhaps. In this effort, accentuate effort, Bret seeks a fictional character who best characterizes Trump. Needless to say, his speculatives, Willie Stark, Jay Gatsby or the American Psycho are all derogatory including the character he settles on, Thomas Mann’s Peeperkorn from The Magic Mountain. A character to mock as sub-human.

Bert then runs through derogatory historical characters settling on Napoleon III of whom the Red writer Victor Hugo noted: He is not an idiot. With encomiums like that Bret then turns to the grit or meat of his condemnation by turning to that mega icon of the Left, Hannah Arendt.   She who invented the Authoritarian Personality to vilify anyone on the Right. As Bret saved Hannah for a clinching last two paragraphs I quote, Drumroll:

And then there is Hannah Arendt’s “Origins Of Totalitarianism” with its clear eyed analysis of how public cynicism toward flawed political institutions can be transformed by a wily regime in an assault on foundational concepts of truth, the substitution of facts with Kellyanne Conway’s “alternate facts”.

Here the narrative is clear, Bert’s essay is right because he’s based it on a ‘clear eyed’ authority who, being Jewish, can’t be contradicted safely. If others think Arendt is not the ultimate authority why, then they are just plain kablooey. And as the master of the subject, as a leader of the right sort of people, thinking and doing the right sort of thing is infallible. Miss Arendt carefully places her finger on the villains -wily regimes- who abandon the paths of righteousness favored by the Right Sort, to assault foundational concepts of truth. Foundational concepts of truth, many think truth is impossible to ascertain, let alone foundational concepts of it whatever they may be. Sounds darn good though, doesn’t it. Foundational truths. Hmm?

One gathers then Miss Arendt and by extension Bret represent the truth, honesty personified. As Miss Arendt was Jewish writing about Nazis who the bearers of truth and untruth are is clear thus Bret cleverly associates Trum with the Nazis.

What does the ‘assault on truth’ consist of? The substitution of ‘facts’ with Kellyanne Conway’s ‘alternate facts.’

True facts are true and alternate facts that are automatically false. Who determines true facts are indeed facts? What is fact and what is not? Why the controllers of the narrative. Who is controlling the narrative here? Why the Liberals; so facts are determined to serve their ends. In this case the Liberals presented a pair of photos purporting to show the maximum attendance at Obama’s inauguration on the left hand side and Trump’s on the right. In these days of photo shopping we are then asked to believe the photos are undoctored. They may be but the mere presentation of photos does not make facts, but assuming the photos individually are authentic, thus making them ‘facts’, their pairing is wide open to manipulation and thus has to be authenticated, not just accepted, as the Liberals ask. Their pairing is stated by the Liberals to be a fact. The truth. It isn’t.

Representing Trump who declared the pairing to be no fact Kellyanne said the Trumpers had ‘alternate facts’ meaning I presume a different interpretation of the attendance situation. As the Liberal pairing was a false representation of the situation it was no fact, in fact it was dishonest. Cleverly seizing the narrative Liberals acted as though their opinion was fact condemning Kellyanne’s ‘alternate facts’ as Orwellian double speak from his novel 1984. Double speak is something the Democrats are expert at as witness the Obama administration.

Not surprisingly the sales position of Orwell’s 1984 jumped from obscurity to number 1 on Amazons sales chart. Note, amazon is only one outlet easily controlled and it was the sole outlet cited. How many copies of 1984 does one have to buy to manipulate amazon’s sales list on any given day? A couple hundred or thousand? Easily and cheaply done and of course they could be returned shortly after the point was made. The point? Trump is Big Brother with all that entails and his ‘alternate facts’, which indeed he could certainly have as do any two lawyers in a court of law.

Bret continues his accusation into the last paragraph:

“One of the greatest advantages of the totalitarian elites of the twenties and thirties [of the twentieth century] was to turn any statement of fact into a question of motive,” Arendt writes. Anyone watching Ms. Conway’s performance with NBC’s Chuck Todd on Sunday (1/22/17) knows that one needn’t be totalitarians much less elite, to employ the same tactic.

So, Kellyanne was employing a tactic favored by totalitarians but needn’t necessarily be a totalitarian. She’s also beneath our dignity, nothing elitist about her. This raises the question then do only Nazis or would be totalitarians pursue the tactic of false facts for that is how they portray ‘alternate facts?’

Since our Liberal friends, championed here by Bret Stephens, created a false fact in their pairing of two pictures not directly related they are guilty of what they are condemning and hence Nazis and would be totalitarians and agents of the Big Brother of 1984.   People who live in glass houses….

The Lunacy Of Our Political Situation

The Lunacy Of Our Political Situation

For anyone who expected differently our political situation should be clarifying. It is clear that President Trump has aborted the Post ’45 Liberal Agenda. His approach follows a different narrative. Always fanatical the Liberal reaction has intensified. Like all reactionaries they wish to destroy the new order.

The street reactionaries are obvious but while noisy they should be able to be subverted and cauterized. The only question is how quickly the President can build up his own street organization. Yes, this gets more reminiscent of Weimar Germany. More important is the resistance embedded in governmental departments.

They have been staffed and led by members of the Council On Foreign Affairs for decades. As such they are committed to the ideology of the Post ’45 agenda that President Trump’s ideology cuts across. It should come as no surprise that all his appointments have come from outside the CFR framework. It should also come as no surprise that four leading members of the State Department quit in an attempt to sabotage the President’s administration. Undoubtedly more key civil servants will depart in the attempt to paralyze that administration. If one checks they will probably be CFR or connected to it.

Most people probably are unaware of the what and who the CFR is. The CFR arose out of the wreckage of the League of Nations fight. Having lost that battle the CFR was established in 1921 to gain control of the electoral process. Every candidate for president beginning in 1924 has been vetted to conform with CFR ideology. After ’45, of course, it became the political agenda until the President’s election.

Today, you can read the CFR magazine, Foreign Affairs, for the official line. On the internet you can call up a list or a partial list of the CFR membership. Not only have all the presidents been CFR vetted but a very large proportion of key governmental post have been filled by CFR members. Johnson’s administration was the high point at 57%

Thus, President Trump who is the first elected president since 1921 who is not CFR has to free himself from CFR sabotage. It was a gift to him when those four key State Department employees quit.

As a quick read to verify this account I recommend Curtis B. Dall’s F.D.R. My Exploited Father-In-Law: An Intimate Account Of The Man, The Regime, And The Legacy. Dall was a close eye witness to these early proceedings from 1921 to 1941. As a member of the Wall Street fraternity he was also privy from that side as well as Roosevelt’s.

The Trump administration is going to be a battle for the soul of America, so bone up.
